Our oldest daughter and her husband
recently moved to Austin, Texas.
We were happy to be able to spend a couple of days
with them and our two Grand dogs (rescued Goldens),
Sadie and Sophie.
While we were driving around Austin
my husband wanted to see the Univesity of Texas.
Where we also saw their mascot, Bevo.
Those are some Big Horns!

Hi Janice, What a lovely daughter and sil. Looks like they posed in front of a Vitex or butterfly bush. Love those purple blooms. I know your husband enjoyed touring the campus and seeing the mascot, too. Hope you have a nice week.
p.s. I forgot to say how precious the goldens are. Our former neighbor had brother/sister goldens and they are smart and loyal dogs. I'm so glad they now have a loving home!
Hi Janice, Do they like Austin? I think the hill country is the prettiest area of Texas... Next year, visit them in April if possible so that you can see the Bluebonnets and wildflowers in bloom. AWESOME...
Hugs,
Betsy
Wow..what a set of horns! How nice to get to visit your family.
...sounds like you had a wonderful trip!
(When they say longhorns, they mean long horns!! Wow!)
