Time Once Again for Tulips --

In the Trees!

They kind of look like lots of little candle holders
attached to the tree branches.

What pretty photos, Janice. At our last house, these would fall all over the driveway this time of the year!

Hi Janice, Thanks for visiting the post about Civil War era dresses. Like you, I am fascinated with the women's ability to create/make these fashions. In nearby Roswell, GA, there are around 10 Civil War mansions that Sherman did not burn down. Occasionally, the tour guides dress in these fanciful dresses and one even has a Christmas wedding reenactment. Love this stuff!!!!!
Have a good day.

Hi Janice, I don't have your email address...so I just always respond to you here (hope that is ok)
My mom was 27 when I was born. I have a much older brother and sister. I will be 55 in August.
You are so right about age, as we grow older it really does not matter. You and I have so much in common. I feel like you could just knock on my back door, and come in for coffee and we would talk like old friends forever! That's what I love about blogging. God certainly blessed me with your friendship.
Thanks so much for dropping by. I've been out cutting gardenias for a vase this evening!
