Feeder Frustrations

Snow or Not -- Where's the Food?

What a face....Maybe the food wasn't fresh enough!

Wow!  Look at that Beak!  Oh!  I guess it is a sunflower seed.

Hey Lady,  the squirrels ate all our food again!

Those green things really don't taste that good!

I'm getting really tired of waiting on those two guys to give me a turn.  I've been hanging on here at least a half hour...Why do guys think they need to go first?  The next time they chase me off I'm going to tell them just what I think!

HI Janice, You changed your 'name' --so I didn't recognize you at first 'til I pulled up your blog.... ha

Great pictures of the birds... I wondered how your new bird feeders were doing.. Looks like the birdies LOVE it.

Love that first picture of the Chickadee.. What a cutie.

Great new blog look.

Wonderful photo's of those birds Janice! I like them very much! I need to book mark your site - I love these birdies!!

Thanks so much for sharing at Intelligent Expressions. And I am so very sorry for the loss of your son. I cannot imagine the pain of losing a child.

I love the words off of the card you shared with me "when I don't think I can or don't feel like it, He Can." More words I need to print out and post around my house. I know it is true - It is crazy how in the thick of the tough moments - I chose - not to lean on Him - when I know he is so strong and sturdy and just waiting for me.

Thank you for the inspiration.
Hope you are in a warm spot today!

Valerie

Love your captions :-) You see the same birds that I do and have such great portraits of each one. I love that chickadee. I don't know why Downys are so territorial. Mine chase each other away all the time even though I have at least 5 suet cakes out there.

Hi Janice, What gorgeous photos and such cute captions. I was thinking the one bird did have a really big beak until you pointed out it was a seed! Wishing you a wonderful Monday!

I love your photos Janice, a few of these birds I have never seen before. It looks like that chickadee is shooting you the look, lol! Maybe he's just cold! I amazes me how these tiny creatures make it through the winter, they sure are little troopers :)

The tufted titmouse is my favorite. I just love their soft colors combined with that jaunty little crest.
